Michael Jackson's Moonwalker

Easily one of my most desired games of the Genesis age.  Sure, it's a cheesy concept now, but this was the shiz back in the late '80s.  It's a surprisingly above-par game for the time.  And nothing, nothing can beat the ultimate weapon of any video game ever: the power of dance.

This speed run is fun.  This is part one.

Here is part two.

And part three.

Tetris is the best game of all time.

I guess I must be a chick.  Oh, not because I love Tetris.  Though apparently that adds to it.

Superman Reborn

An earlier work of WormyTV.  About its creation, he says:

"I made all the effects in Photoshop frame by frame. I edited each clip in Windows Movie Maker. I know, pretty limited software. I think its a great exercise having only one level to edit on. After this I was ready to step up my software."

The Thundercats fan-made trailer everyone's buzzing about.

While I was a huge 'Cats fan growing up - I can recall thinking that the Mercury Cougar of the '80s was some sort of "official" marketing gimmick because the Cougar logo and the 'Cats logo looked so similar - I haven't necessarily been champing at the bit for a movie update like with Voltron

It was announced a few years back that studios were looking at producing a film.  Warner Bros. jumped on and decided, instead of a live-action flick, they would produce an all-CGI affair.  Sounded like a reasonable proposition.

This guy, WormyTV, decided he'd like to see a live-action version instead.  So he spent the last year-and-a-half(!) making this trailer.  Good for him that he's getting a bunch of buzz.  I couldn't imagine working on something like this for so long and have no one see it.

The Greatest Fan Film of All Time  A masterwork and I absolutely admire the effort and dedication.  Not to mention the sense of humor.  The cameos alone are priceless.
